Sadler offers two ways to register as a new patient.
- Call 717-960-4395 or toll free 866-723-5377 to register over the phone.
- Visit the Patient Portal and select the “Pre-Register” option at the bottom left to start the registration process online. Someone from our registration team will contact you to complete your registration and schedule an appointment.
