The Patient Portal is an online platform that allows patients to view portions of their medical record, request refills and referrals, and ask their provider questions.
The portal is interactive, so when a patient asks a question, the portal places it directly into the patient’s chart for the provider to review. Providers can respond to the patient by sending our reply directly through the portal. The same goes for referrals and medication refills.
