Natalie Toski MD

Natalie Toski is a board-eligible psychiatrist offering psychiatry services and medication management to adolescents and adults. She is a contracted employee of Sadler Health via Array Behavioral Care.

Natalie Toski is a graduate of Texas A&M HSC College of Medicine and went on to complete her residency in psychiatry at the John Peter Smith Health Network in Fort Worth, Texas. After graduating she did some work in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, as well as work with patients in a dual diagnosis facility for addiction and mental health. She then transitioned to working with Array Behavioral Care where she sees a full range of patients both in and outside of a clinic setting. She has a variety of clinical interests; however, she specializes in bipolar disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, stress management, trauma and PTSD. In her practice, Dr. Toski’s philosophy of care is centered around the belief that giving patients room to feel comfortable and speak, in what can be a very vulnerable experience, should be of utmost importance. As she educates and guides patients through their treatment, she finds it important that patients take an active role in their treatment as well.

Dr. Toski became interested in mental and behavioral health care early on in her medical training when she realized mental health care encompasses all fields of medicine and is a strong determinant in patient success. She feels grateful for having the privilege of assisting patients in improving their mental health, and in turn, other aspects of their lives as well.

Dr. Toski is very much an animal lover, having an Australian Shepherd and Yorkshire Terrier of her own. She enjoys activities such as reading, exercising, spending time with her family and getting to learn and experience new things.
