CARLISLE, Pa. (January 13, 2026) – Sadler Health Center has strengthened its dental team with the addition of two providers: Christa Peyton, DDS, who sees patients at the Carlisle and Loysville locations, and Naomi Mulgrew, RDH, serving patients at Sadler’s Mechanicsburg facility. Their expertise enhances access to high-quality dental care for patients of all ages.
Dr. Peyton brings a patient-centered approach to dentistry, emphasizing compassion, patience and preventive care, with a focus on helping individuals and families restore and maintain healthy smiles. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in biochemistry from Eastern University and a doctorate in dental surgery from Howard University College of Dentistry, completing a one-year residency at East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine to refine her clinical expertise.

Naomi Mulgrew is a registered dental hygienist committed to individualized oral care. Inspired to improve dental health for people with disabilities, she earned an associate’s degree in dental hygiene from Harrisburg Area Community College and is passionate about closing gaps in care for populations that are often overlooked.

“At Sadler Health Center, we are guided by our mission to provide comprehensive, high-quality care that is accessible and compassionate — including dental health,” Sadler Health Center CEO Manal El Harrak said. “With Dr. Peyton and Naomi on our team, we are helping more people in our community experience the confidence, comfort and joy that comes with a healthy smile. Their expertise and dedication ensure that every patient, regardless of background or circumstance, receives the care they deserve.”
