Sadler Health Center offers a Sliding-Fee Discount Program that makes care more affordable for individuals and families based on household size and income. As a federally qualified health center, we offer this program to all patients.
Individuals and families with household incomes at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines may qualify.
Sliding-Fee Benefits
- Discounts on medical and dental visits, prescriptions, lab services and glasses
- Help with co-pays, co-insurance and insurance deductibles
- Affordable care across medical, dental, vision, behavioral health and pharmacy services
Everyone is encouraged to apply – even if you have health insurance.
