2025 Impact Report: Meeting the Moment. Caring for What’s Next.
In 2025, Sadler Health Center remained a steady source of high-quality, affordable care for individuals and families across Cumberland and Perry counties amid growing uncertainty around health care eligibility and ongoing economic pressures.
Nearly 50,000 visits were delivered to almost 14,000 patients, reflecting both continued demand and the trust placed in Sadler.
Access expanded across medical, dental, behavioral health, vision, pharmacy and supportive services, with a continued emphasis on coordinated, whole-person care that supports both immediate needs and long-term health outcomes.
Recognition as a Center of Excellence for Opioid Use Disorder by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services underscored the strength of Sadler’s integrated, team-based approach to complex care. At the same time, we developed a three-year strategic plan to strengthen the organization’s foundation and guide future direction, positioning us to further advance our mission.
Behind these efforts is our dedicated team of providers, staff and board members whose work is reflected in patients gaining stability, accessing care sooner and receiving support when it matters most.
Meeting the moment continues to require both responsiveness and direction – addressing today’s challenges while enhancing community care for the future.
