Sadler serves all people, regardless of insurance status. We have many options and work with you to provide comprehensive care for everyone.

We accept all insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare and CHIP. We accept commercial insurances you get through work or associations, or through an Insurance Marketplace. If you do not have insurance, we will be happy to meet with you to assist you with obtaining insurance. Please call us at (866) 723-5377 and we will be happy to assist you.

No matter what your financial situation is, you can still receive care at Sadler Health Center. No one will be denied health care because they are unable to pay. We offer a sliding fee discount program based on income and family size. Also, we have a discount prescription program. Please be advised that Sadler Health Center will bill your insurance regardless of our network participation status.   Some insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, while others do not.  It is the patient’s responsibility to confirm with his or her insurance company regarding our network status with a specific plan.
