Nutrition Services at Sadler

Sadler patients can receive individualized nutrition counseling provided by a registered dietitian. Our dietitian can help tailor your diet to meet your personal and cultural preferences, as well as individual health needs based on chronic conditions including, but not limited to:

  • Diabetes
  • High cholesterol
  • High blood pressure
  • Heart disease
  • Kidney disease
  • Obesity

Our dietitian provides nutrition counseling discussing the following topics:

  • Weight management
  • General health and wellness
  • Budget-friendly meal planning
  • Mindful/intuitive eating

The dietitian at Sadler will see patients throughout the lifespan from preschool-aged children to older adults. Appointments can be scheduled by calling the front desk at 717-218-6670. Initial consultations last 45 minutes to an hour and follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. A clinical referral is not necessary.
