Spiese received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University.
Pascale Guirand is a certified family nurse practitioner who has served in the medical field over 24 years in the United States Army and public sector. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Dental
Dr. Sunczerae Kushkituah received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Psychology from Syracuse University. She went on to earn a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University, College of Dentistry.
Dr. Siddhant Gaidhane earned a Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Texas A&M. He then went on to receive a Doctor of Dental Surgery at VCU School of Dentistry in Virginia.
Dr. Tina Taylor received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California San Diego, and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, and a Certificate in Public Health with Dental Emphasis from A.T. Still University.
Terra worked as a hygienist in a private practice for 23 years. She enjoys helping patients learn more about their oral health and how it is related to overall body health.

A public health dental hygiene practitioner at Sadler, Carol Crable enjoys educating patients about the importance of oral health and how it affects the overall health of your body. She is licensed in local anesthesia and certified in diode laser.
Behavioral
Garrett Rosas, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist and Sadler’s Director of Behavioral Health. He received his undergraduate degree from Western Washington University and his doctorate in clinical psychology from Wright State University’s School of Professional Psychology (Dayton, OH).
Natalie Toski is a board-eligible psychiatrist offering psychiatry services and medication management to adolescents and adults. She is a contracted employee of Sadler Health via Array Behavioral Care.
As one of Sadler’s Behavioral Health Specialist, Kristen Ruis focuses on depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief/loss, tobacco cessation, substance use and parenting.
Rick graduated from Virginia Tech with a double major in Psychology and Philosophy in 1999, and from Catholic University with his Masters of Social Work in 2002.
