Katrina Thoma, Director of Medical Services at Sadler, is certified in pediatric primary care and specializes in pediatric congenital heart defects and intensive care. 

Nancy Berill is a certified family nurse practitioner having served in a variety of healthcare settings.

Gordon Braun is a certified Physician Assistant. He graduated from Hahnemann University. He has worked in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics and most recently Urgent Care prior to joining the Sadler team.

Pascale Guirand is a certified family nurse practitioner who has served in the medical field over 24 years in the United States Army and public sector. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Beth Helberg is a certified Physician Assistant. She attended Liberty University where she majored in English and Communication.

Melissa is a registered and licensed dietitian-nutritionist. Melissa received her undergraduate degrees in nutritional sciences and psychological science from Penn State University. 

Maureen Miller-Griffie, is a certified family nurse practitioner with over 40 years of experience in nursing. She earned her nursing diploma from the Altoona Hospital of Nursing and her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Walden University.

Dr. Gordon Miller, Family Physician at Sadler, provides family care. He has practiced in south central Pennsylvania for the past 12 years following his retirement from military service in the United States Army.

Dr. Sruthi Nelluri, a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, was born in Telangana, India. Graduating from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal, she continued her medical journey with an Internal Medicine residency at Nazareth Hospital.

Dr. Stephen Phillips, Family Physician at Sadler, has over 30 years of experience serving patients of all ages. He was formerly a family physician in the United States Army before retiring in 2017.

Dr. Lakshmi Polavarapu, Lab Director at Sadler, focuses on family and addiction medicine. She is certified in medication-assisted treatment for opioid abuse and is a committee member with the Task Force on Opiate Prescribing with Partnership for Better Health.

Melissa is excited to join Sadler Health Center and looking forward to providing excellent care to our community.

Michael Spaeder is a certified Physician Assistant. After graduating from Hershey High School, he served 14 years in the Navy as a hospital corpsman, serving both Navy and Marine Corp units. He graduated with Cum Laude in 1995 from Kings College where he studied to become a Physician Assistant.

Mary Spiese, certified family nurse practitioner, is committed to providing the best family care at Sadler Health Center. She has worked in the medical field for over 9 years. Spiese received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University.

Tiandra graduated from Chamberlain University  as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has over 7 years of experience working for a federally funded community health center like Sadler She is excited to serve the residents of Carlisle and surrounding communities.

Dr. Sunczerae Kushkituah received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Psychology from Syracuse University. She went on to earn a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University, College of Dentistry.

Dr. Manish Lakkad earned a Master of Public Health from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He then went on to receive a Doctor of Dental Surgery at Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry.

Dr. Siddhant Gaidhane earned a Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Texas A&M. He then went on to receive a Doctor of Dental Surgery at VCU School of Dentistry in Virginia.

Dr. Tina Taylor received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California San Diego, and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, and a Certificate in Public Health with Dental Emphasis from A.T. Still University.

Terra worked as a hygienist in a private practice for 23 years. She enjoys helping patients learn more about their oral health and how it is related to overall body health.

Lisa Juliana, a public health dental hygiene practitioner, is licensed in local anesthesia at Sadler.

A public health dental hygiene practitioner at Sadler, Carol Crable enjoys educating patients about the importance of oral health and how it affects the overall health of your body. She is licensed in local anesthesia and certified in diode laser.

Dana Hayes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Marist College with a Bachelors in Psychology with minors in Social Work and Public Praxis, and then completed her Masters at Rutgers University with a clinical concentration in Aging and Health.

As one of Sadler’s Behavioral Health Specialist, Kristen Ruis focuses on depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief/loss, tobacco cessation, substance use and parenting.

David E. Paden, O.D. is a native of south-central Pennsylvania.  He graduated from Boiling Springs High School in 1996 and received his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University – University Park campus in 2000 as well as his doctorate in optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2005.
