Behavioral Health Services

What Can You Expect From Our Behavioral Health Care Services?

We help you manage medical and behavioral health needs through in-person visits or convenient telehealth appointments. If you can’t make it to the office, telehealth allows you to meet with a behavioral health specialist through a secure video connection.

During your first visit, the specialist conducts a biopsychosocial evaluation (about 30 minutes) and can recommend additional treatments or referrals as needed. Follow-up appointments, typically 20 minutes, help monitor your progress and adjust treatment as necessary. If medications are recommended, then coordination with your primary care physician and psychiatric resources is supported.

Our integrated care approach helps you manage a wide range of medical, emotional and behavioral health needs, including:

Medical Conditions

  • Asthma
  • Chronic pain
  • COPD
  • Coping with headaches
  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension

Emotional and Behavioral Issues

  • Anger management
  • Anxiety
  • Child conduct and developmental challenges
  • Depression
  • Family or relationship issues
  • Grief and loss
  • Losing weight
  • Parenting challenges
  • Quitting or cutting back on alcohol or drugs
  • Quitting smoking
  • Sleep
  • Stress
  • Trauma

  • The Weight of Worry: For those times when anxious thoughts seem to take over, we help you find strategies to quiet the noise and regain a sense of peace.
  • Feelings of Sadness or Emptiness: If a low mood has settled in and won’t seem to lift, we’re here to explore the reasons why and help you find your way back to the light.
  • Finding Balance Amid Stress: Juggling work, family and personal responsibilities can be overwhelming. We can work with you to manage stress in healthy ways that prevent burnout or anger outbursts.
  • Healing After a Difficult Experience: Life can present events that leave a lasting mark. We provide a safe, supportive space where patients can process these experiences and move forward with strength.
