Same-Day Care for Established Sadler Patients

Effective October 19, 2026, Sadler Health Center’s Express Care transitioned to scheduled same-day appointments for established patients. Patients can receive care for acute illnesses and minor injuries that need prompt attention. Appointments must be scheduled in advance; walk-in visits are no longer available.

8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Wednesday

Services Available

Express Care evaluates and treats a variety of acute illnesses and minor injuries, including:

Cold, flu, cough and sore throat symptoms
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and dehydration
Urinary symptoms
Mild to moderate asthma or COPD exacerbations
Minor allergic reactions
Skin infections and rashes
Eye irritation and foreign body removal
Mild concussions
Mild abdominal pain and moderate back pain
Sprains, strains, tendinitis and other minor injuries
Falls and accidents
Sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing and treatment
Minor wounds and lacerations, including suture and staple removal

Express Care does not offer routine physicals or other preventive care visits. If your condition requires a different level of care, our team can help direct you to the appropriate services.

As part of Sadler Health Center, Express Care connects established patients with timely medical attention and coordinated follow-up when needed.

Sadler accepts most insurance plans and offers a sliding-fee discount based on household size and income.
