
CARLISLE, Pa. (April 28, 2026) – Sadler Health Center will host A Derby Night of Giving on Sunday, May 3 from 4 to 7 p.m. at The Barn at Creek’s Bend in Carlisle, bringing the community together for an evening of food, festivities and fundraising to support access to care across Cumberland and Perry counties.
Guests will enjoy food, drinks, a silent auction and Derby-themed activities. Attendees are encouraged to wear festive attire, including hats and bowties.

“Across our community, many people are facing growing uncertainty about their health care coverage,” Sadler’s Director of Development and Community Engagement Laurel Spagnolo said. “Sadler remains a safety net for individuals and families, providing care regardless of insurance status or circumstance. This event helps ensure we can continue meeting those needs.”
New Cumberland Mayor Joan Erney will serve as keynote speaker. She brings more than 35 years of leadership in behavioral health and public service, including experience in state and local health policy and systems of care.
The evening will be emceed by ABC27 News Anchor Alicia Richards.
