Kristen Ruis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 25 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. She works with patients dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, tobacco cessation, substance use and parenting concerns.
Before joining Sadler, Kristen gained experience in a variety of settings, including family preservation, Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS), private practice and as a contracted counselor for Employee Assistance Programs.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from St. Francis University and her master’s degree in social work from Marywood University.
Outside of work, Kristen enjoys hiking, cooking and baking, traveling, theater, music and spending quality time with her family.
