Ways to Give (Revamp)

Help Us Keep Care Within Reach

When people in our community need a health care home they can count on, Sadler is here.

We believe everyone deserves access to high-quality, affordable health care regardless of their ability to pay. But the resources available to a patient or the reimbursement Sadler receives do not always cover the full cost of providing care.

Financial circumstances should never stand in the way of getting the care you need.

Your generosity helps Sadler sustain care for patients and families when available resources fall short and helps us prepare for what lies ahead.

Katrina Thoma, RN MSN CPNP-PC DPH, consults with the Sadler team.

Why Your Support Matters

Sadler serves patients with private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and no insurance. For some, the reimbursement we receive does not cover the full cost of their care.

In FY2025, the estimated gap between the cost of services and the revenue Sadler received from self-pay, Medicaid and Medicare patients was $5.9 million.

That represents a significant commitment to providing care – even when reimbursement does not cover the full cost.

But behind that number are people.

It’s a parent bringing a child to the doctor. A patient managing an ongoing health need. A family looking for a place where they can find more of the services they need, close to home.

A gift to Sadler helps sustain our ability to serve the people who count on us.

Preparing for What’s Ahead

Health care is changing, and Sadler is preparing now.

Changes to Medicaid expected in 2027 may create additional pressure on health care organizations like Sadler. While the full impact of these changes is still unknown, we know we need to be prepared.

A strong and sustainable Sadler means we can continue focusing on the people who count on us – today and for years to come.

Giving to Sadler provides additional resources and flexibility to remain strong, responsive and ready to meet changing needs.

How Your Gift Helps

When Cost Becomes a Barrier

Sadler works to make affordable health care available when financial circumstances could otherwise make it harder for someone to get the services they need.

When Families Need More

Medical, dental, vision, behavioral health and pharmacy services are available through Sadler, making it easier for patients and families to access more of what they need in one health care home.

When Our Community’s Needs Change

The needs around us will continue to evolve. Sadler must be ready to respond.

Unrestricted gifts give Sadler the flexibility to direct resources where they can make the greatest difference and respond as circumstances change.

See the Difference Sadler Makes

Access to health care is about more than a doctor’s visit.

It’s a child getting the support she needs to be healthy. Parents getting assistance when challenges arise. A patient knowing there is a health care team ready to help.

It’s a place where people feel heard, supported and valued.

Every patient has a story. Your generosity helps make sure Sadler can continue being part of those stories.
