Our Impact

Sadler Health Center’s 2024 Impact Report highlights a year of meaningful transformation – driven by expanded services, improved access to care and a deepened commitment to our community’s well-being. A major milestone was achieving full operational status at the West Shore Center, a one-of-a-kind facility that brings medical, dental, behavioral health, vision, pharmacy, lab and Express Care services together under one roof. In its first year, the center provided over 13,300 visits to nearly 5,000 patients – making a significant difference in their access to quality care.

Across all locations, Sadler provided care to over 12,200 individuals through more than 46,300 visits. To better support both new and returning patients, we launched an online registration and scheduling system that simplifies appointment management and makes getting started with care easier than ever. We also introduced Cumberland County’s first Express Care with a sliding fee scale. Designed to meet urgent health needs, this service offers extended weekday hours and walk-in access to timely, affordable care – helping patients avoid long waits and costly emergency room visits.

We expanded our reach beyond the clinic walls to address the broader factors that influence health and well-being. More than 2,500 patients received personalized support from our Community Health Workers and Insurance Enrollment Specialists for critical needs such as food security, housing, transportation and insurance coverage. As we grow and expand essential services in our community, the generosity of our donors and partners has played a vital role in helping us strengthen key programs, invest in our team and extend Sadler’s mission to reach more people.
