We’ve updated our No-Show Policy to better support our patients and help ensure appointments remain available for everyone.
We understand that sometimes circumstances make it difficult to keep an appointment. When an appointment is missed, we’ll document and track it. After a second missed appointment, patients may be asked to meet with a Community Health Worker to discuss barriers to keeping appointments and identify ways we can help. Continued missed appointments may result in limited scheduling options.
Whenever possible, patients should cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
