Regina Dougherty is a registered dental hygienist with more than 30 years of experience in the field. She holds a bachelor’s degree in community and public health and is passionate about promoting oral health as an essential part of overall well-being.
Throughout her career, Regina has been actively involved in volunteer work, mission trips and community outreach efforts. Most recently, she has contributed her skills to a TeamSmile event in Harrisburg, providing dental care to underserved children in the local community.
Dr. Manish Lakkad earned a Master of Public Health from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He then went on to receive a Doctor of Dental Surgery at Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry.
Dr. Lakkad works as a General Dentist at Sadler’s dental office. He has a motto to provide the highest quality of care to the patients along with providing proper information and motivation to enhance oral health.
In his free time, Dr. Lakkad enjoys traveling, watching cricket and exploring new places.
Dr. Siddhant Gaidhane earned a Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Texas A&M. He then went on to receive a Doctor of Dental Surgery at VCU School of Dentistry in Virginia.
Dr. Gaidhane works as a General Dentist at Sadler’s dental office in Loysville, Perry County. He has a heart for mission and is an asset to our Sadler team by providing quality and professional care to our patients. Dr. Gaidhane believes in a great patient-doctor relationship, the administration of effective treatment plans, and providing high quality care to all.
In his free time, Dr. Gaidhane enjoys hiking, playing basketball, traveling and exploring the outdoors, as well as discovering different places and cuisines.
Dr. Sunczerae Kushkituah serves as Dental Director and provides comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients. She is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with an emphasis on building strong relationships with her patients and developing effective treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in biology and psychology from Syracuse University and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry. Throughout her career, Dr. Kushkituah has demonstrated a passion for providing care to underserved populations and advancing access to oral health care.
Outside of Sadler, she enjoys reading, drawing, playing piano and learning to play the box guitar. She also appreciates outdoor activities, practicing Tai Chi, studying ancient history and spending time with her family.
Lisa Juliana, a public health dental hygiene practitioner, is licensed in local anesthesia.
A graduate of Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Juliana has spent 25 years in private practice and 10 years at Sadler Health Center. During her career, she traveled to El Salvador for a medical mission trip.
Outside of Sadler, she enjoys playing golf, gardening, traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
