Terra Hulstine

Terra worked as a hygienist in a private practice for 23 years. She enjoys helping patients learn more about their oral health and how it is related to overall body health. When not working, she loves spending time with her husband, three daughters, and 2 puppies. Her family enjoys swimming, hiking, and spending time at the beach together.

Siddhant Gaidhane

Dr. Siddhant Gaidhane earned a Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Texas A&M. He then went on to receive a Doctor of Dental Surgery at VCU School of Dentistry in Virginia.

Dr. Gaidhane works as a General Dentist at Sadler’s dental office in Loysville, Perry County. He has a heart for mission and is an asset to our Sadler team by providing quality and professional care to our patients. Dr. Gaidhane believes in a great patient-doctor relationship, the administration of effective treatment plans, and providing high quality care to all.

In his free time, Dr. Gaidhane enjoys hiking, playing basketball, traveling and exploring the outdoors, as well as discovering different places and cuisines.

Sunczerae Kushkituah

Dr. Sunczerae Kushkituah received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Psychology from Syracuse University. She went on to earn a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry.

Dr. Kushkituah serves as a dental provider to adult and pediatric patients at Sadler’s dental offices in both Carlisle (Cumberland County) and Loysville (Perry County). She has a heart for mission and believes in having a great patient-doctor relationship, the administration of effective treatment plans, and providing high quality care to all in need of services.

With a passion and history of providing clinical services to underserved populations, Dr. Kushkituah has taken on the role of Dental Director at Sadler. She will continue providing quality clinical care to patients, but will now also contribute to the development and growth of the Dental Department, impacting the community in even greater aspects.

In her free time, Dr. Kushkituah enjoys reading, drawing, playing the piano and now learning to play the box guitar. She enjoys nature/outdoor activities and time spent with her family, studying ancient history, practicing the art of Tai Chi, and taking road trips. Her heart is on appreciating life and loved ones.

Tina Taylor

Dr. Tina Taylor received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California San Diego, and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, and a Certificate in Public Health with Dental Emphasis from A.T. Still University.

Dr. Taylor sees patients of all ages and is dedicated in providing comfortable and gentle dental care to her patients. She is an advocate for preventive dentistry and continues to empower patients to be actively involved in their oral and dental health. Dr. Taylor is also passionate about being involved in her community. She has volunteered various dental clinics to help provide dental services to the underserved and homeless populations. She’s participated in Give Kids a Smile (GKAS) events, as well as a humanitarian mission on the USNS Mercy hospital ship.

When Dr. Taylor isn’t taking care of her patients, she enjoys being outdoors with her family. She took up a hobby in photography, and takes joy in hiking, picnicking, gardening, as well as spending time with her friends and family.

Kimberly Bury

Kimberly Bury is a public health dental hygiene practitioner and Dental Manager at Sadler Health Center, certified in local anesthesia. Before joining Sadler in 2017, she worked in private practice for nearly 10 years.

Bury received her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Allegany College of Maryland.

When she’s not at Sadler, she enjoys hiking, being outdoors and spending time with her family.
