Dr. Lakshmi Polavarapu is Interim Chief Medical Officer at Sadler Health Center, where she provides clinical leadership to the medical department in support of high-quality, integrated, whole-person care for patients. At Sadler, she practices family and addiction medicine. She is certified in providing MOUD (medications for opioid use disorder) and serves on the Task Force on Opiate Prescribing with the Partnership for Better Health.
Dr. Kent Copeland brings more than 32 years of clinical experience to Sadler Health Center. His career has taken him across the United States and abroad, including two decades of charitable medical work in Asia.
Pascale Guirand is a certified family nurse practitioner with more than 24 years of experience in both military and public health settings. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Dr. Krishnan is a Pediatrician at Sadler’s West Shore Center in Mechanicsburg. Dr. Krishnan has extensive experience providing comprehensive pediatric care across various clinical settings, most recently at a renowned children’s hospital in India.
Melissa Nale is a registered and licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist. Melissa earned dual bachelor’s degrees in nutritional sciences and psychological science from Penn State University.
Maureen Miller-Griffie, is a certified family nurse practitioner with over 40 years of experience in nursing. She earned her nursing diploma from the Altoona Hospital of Nursing and her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Walden University.
Dr. Sruthi Nelluri, a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, was born in Telangana, India. Graduating from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal, she continued her medical journey with an Internal Medicine residency at Nazareth Hospital.
Dr. Stephen Phillips, Family Physician at Sadler, has over 30 years of experience serving patients of all ages. He was formerly a family physician in the United States Army before retiring in 2017.

Mary Schulz, certified family nurse practitioner, is committed to providing the best family care at Sadler Health Center. She has worked in the medical field for over 9 years. Schulz received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University.
Katrina Thoma serves as a pediatrician at Sadler. She is certified in pediatric primary care and specializes in congenital heart defects and pediatric intensive care.
Dental
Dr. Sunczerae Kushkituah serves as Dental Director and provides comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients. She is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with an emphasis on building strong relationships with her patients and developing effective treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
A public health dental hygiene practitioner at Sadler, Carol Crable enjoys educating patients about the importance of oral health and how it affects the overall health of your body. She is licensed in local anesthesia and certified in diode laser.
Regina Dougherty is a registered dental hygienist with more than 30 years of experience in the field. She holds a bachelor’s degree in community and public health and is passionate about promoting oral health as an essential part of overall well-being.
Dr. Manish Lakkad earned a Master of Public Health from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He then went on to receive a Doctor of Dental Surgery at Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry.
After witnessing the significant need for individualized oral care among people with disabilities, Naomi graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College with a degree in dental hygiene.
Dr. Christa Peyton has a strong passion for dentistry and focuses on providing dental treatment with patience, compassion and care. Dr. Peyton has a heart for those in need and is dedicated to serving the community by providing quality care.
Behavioral
Steven McQue serves as Director of Behavioral Health. In this role, he oversees the department’s clinical operations and works to ensure its seamless integration with Sadler’s comprehensive health care services.
Lisa Brame is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, depression, stress, parenting challenges and life transitions.
Cyntia Rayborn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Solution-Focused Therapy – a collaborative, strengths-based approach that empowers patients to recognize their resources and take intentional steps toward their goals.
Kristen Ruis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 25 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate depression, anxiety, grief, substance use, parenting challenges and more.
Pharmacy
Dr. Amna Khan is a Pharmacist at Sadler’s West Shore Center in Mechanicsburg. Dr. Khan earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Long Island University and brings a wealth of experience, having worked as a retail pharmacist with Wegmans and a clinical pharmacist with Option Care Health.
Vision
Dr. Troy Hosey brings extensive experience in comprehensive eye care to Sadler Health Center, serving patients of all ages at the West Shore Center in Mechanicsburg. He is dedicated to promoting lifelong eye health through personalized, high-quality care.
