The Patient Portal is a secure online platform that allows patients to view portions of their medical record, request refills and referrals, and ask their provider questions.
The portal is interactive, so when a patient asks a question, the portal places it directly into the patient’s chart for the provider to review. Providers can respond to the patient by sending a reply directly through the portal. The same goes for referrals and medication refills.
