Regina Dougherty is a registered dental hygienist with more than 30 years of experience in the field. She holds a bachelor’s degree in community and public health and is passionate about promoting oral health as an essential part of overall well-being.
Terra Hulstine is a dental hygienist who previously worked at Sadler Health Center and has returned to continue serving our patients. Throughout her career, Terra has developed a passion for preventive care and public health, finding it rewarding to help underserved communities access quality dental care and develop healthy habits that support their overall well-being.
Dr. Manish Lakkad earned a Master of Public Health from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He then went on to receive a Doctor of Dental Surgery at Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry.
Leah Paddock is a registered dental hygienist with extensive experience in clinical practice and dental hygiene education. She earned her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from the University of Colorado after serving eight years in the U.S. Navy.
